Can you help me if I’m interested in products by other dealers/suppliers not listed on your website?
We will always do our best to give you exactly what you wish. Communicate to us which dealers/suppliers you may be interested in and we can work towards making it happen. If it isn’t possible, we will find another way to make your dream smart space happen.
My smart home has frozen, what do i do?
Responses can vary based on the size of the system:
1 controller system solution: Restart your controller
Multiple controller solution: Potential that there are network problems. Check to see if there is a UPS on the system, and ensure that it is ON. If it is off then turn it on, but if it is on then try to restart the main controller.
If these options don’t work for you, give us a call and we can do our best to help you out!
my wi-fi isn’t working, can you help me to fix it?
The most important part of any system is the network, so with the wifi being a key component of your network experience, we would definitely help you! We will do our best to resolve all issues, although sometimes it isn’t something that can be resolved on our end and you may need to contact your internet service provider.
How soon can you send someone for a service call?
If you have a service package with us, then response time is based on the package that you have chosen. Otherwise, we prioritize based on urgency, so response times can vary from immediate to 72 hours.
If you install security cameras, do you have access to the footage?
Only if you allow us access!
How can i customize my smart home system?
The options are endless! Let us know what you would like to see and we’ll help you make it happen; we’re only limited by your imagination!
Does your experience center show me everything you can offer me?
No, our experience center provides a glimpse into what we can do for you. We hope that taking a visit will spark some ideas, but ultimately does not show you everything we have available.
What are the prices for each service package?
Please contact us to discuss, as individual needs may cause prices to vary. However, package prices start at $295.00. Check out our service package page to see which package best suits your needs.
Do you only provide the specific services listed on the site or can we discuss more service options?
We do provide additional services and will source any other services that you may require. We’re happy to help you realize your vision.
Will i be able to manage this system myself?
Yes, there are many levels and extents to which you can control the system. From basic functionality on the day to day to a consumer version of software to help you.
What is wi-fi 6?
Wi-Fi 6 is essentially the same as Wi-Fi, but it has been created with additional technology that makes it work more effectively than your typical Wi-Fi. The speed of Wi-Fi 6 is 9.6 GBPS (which is 3.5 more GBPS than Wi-Fi 5). This type of Wi-Fi not only helps with speeds, but also helps to strengthen and improve your network. Wi-Fi 6 even helps to improve your devices battery life and provides better security for your network.
